A–C EgCF induces higher H3K27me3 levels at the promoters of NLRP3 and IL-1β. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed in PM and THP-1 cells treated with EgCF and LPS for 4 h. qRT-PCR was used to detect the enrichment of H3K27me3 modification at NLRP3 and IL-1β promoters (left).
