Localisation of CPLCG5 protein in adult mosquito cuticle. a Representative images for CPLCG5 localised in different parts of adult mosquitoes. Immunofluorescence analysis was performed to determine the location of CPLCG5 in the adult cuticle. Paraffin sections of 3-day-old adults were incubated with anti-CPLCG5 antibody, and then detected by goat anti-rabbit IgG (green).
