SJMHE1 modulated OVA-specific T-cell responses and cytokine secretion in DTH mice. a BALB/c mice were sensitised with OVA alone or combined with 30 μg of SJMHE1. Challenge with OVA occurred 7 days later, and pooled splenic and LN cells from these mice were prepared 1 day after the challenge. The cells were cultured in complete RPMI 1640 at 5 × 10⁵ cells/well with OVA for 3 days, and proliferation was measured by ³H-thymidine incorporation.
