Course of L.major infection in BALB/c mice vaccinated with ΔHSP70-II promastigotes. BALB/c mice (n = 5) were inoculated with 1 × 10⁷ ΔHSP70-II promastigotes and, 4 weeks later, challenged with 1,000 metacyclic promastigotes of L. major.
