Macrophage mRNA relative cytokine expression by infection group. Normalization of data was performed on housekeeping genes GAPDH and G6PDH. The mRNA transcriptional levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12, IFN-γ, iNOS were determined by RT-qPCR. Displayed x-fold change values were calculated based on negative control (NC) group replicates (n = 6). Statistical comparison was performed between the CI group and other groups (*P < 0.05).
