TLR4, MyD88 and NF-κB p65 protein expression in primary mouse intrahepatic biliary epithelial cells (MIBECs). MIBECs were pre-treated with control peptide group and TLR4 inhibitor (VIPER) group and stimulated by medium (negative control), LPS, excretory/secretory products of C. sinensis (ESP) and LPS + ESP (L + E) for 48 h, respectively. Each value represents the mean ± SE of three or more independent experiments.
